Visiting the website and preparing a message
This website does not use analytics or advertising tracking, and does not set optional cookies. Fonts and images are served with the website. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address, request time and browser details, to deliver and secure the website.
Information entered in the form stays in your browser’s memory. The form has no server-side submission or persistent storage. “Prepare email” passes the draft to your email application. You send the message yourself; your email provider is then also involved in processing it. If you use the copy function, the text is placed on your device’s clipboard.
Information in email enquiries
If you send us an email, we process the contact details, message and attachments you provide to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare or fulfil a contract. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract and performing it; for general business correspondence, our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry applies.
Email and IT service providers may process the information where necessary. We keep it only as long as needed for the correspondence, any subsequent business relationship, applicable legal obligations or the protection of legal claims. Please do not send sensitive information or personal information about third parties that is unnecessary for assessing your offer.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
