01 / OUR SERVICES

What do you need to sell?

Individual machines or entire stock lots. We suggest a sales approach based on the assets, their condition and your circumstances.

Insolvency asset sales

We help sell movable assets in cooperation with an insolvency administrator or another authorised seller. We work within the agreed remit and the applicable sale conditions.

Surplus stock & wholesale

Excess inventory, discontinued lines or entire stock lots. Together, we assess whether to offer the stock as a whole or in smaller quantities.

02 / BANKRUPTCY HOUSE

You know your assets. We look for the right buyer.

Space in your warehouse has a cost. So does a machine you no longer use. We help business owners, warehouse managers and e-commerce teams prepare assets for sale and approach suitable buyers.

Our core service is sales brokerage, with an agreed approach from the start. We consider direct purchases individually, depending on the specific offer.

03 / HOW IT WORKS

From inventory to handover.

First, we review the information and agree on expectations. Then we start looking for a buyer.

Offer your assets
  1. Send an initial overview

Tell us what you have, the quantity, location and condition. Include photos and any deadline for the sale.

  2. Agree the terms

Together, we define the scope, pricing approach and fees. These are agreed individually before work begins.

  3. Reach prospective buyers

We look for suitable buyers, coordinate offers and, if agreed, viewings. The authorised seller decides on the sale terms.

  4. Arrange the handover

Once a sale is agreed, payment, collection and transport are arranged. Responsibilities and costs form part of the agreement.

04 / COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you get in touch.

What should I prepare for the first enquiry?

A brief inventory, quantities, location, condition and a few photos are enough to start. For machinery, include the make, model, year and any documentation. Let us know if everything must be sold together and whether there is a deadline. Photos can be attached in your email application.

Do you buy assets or broker their sale?

Our primary service is brokering sales between an authorised seller and a buyer. We can discuss a direct purchase for a specific offer, but this is not an automatic part of the service. We do not guarantee acceptance of every offer or that a buyer will be found.

Can you help with assets in insolvency?

Yes. We can help sell movable assets by agreement with an insolvency administrator or another authorised representative. We are not an insolvency administrator and do not provide legal advice. Any sale must follow the relevant authorisations and approved conditions.

What does the service cost, and how long does a sale take?

Fees and any expenses are agreed in advance based on the scope of work. The time needed depends on the type, condition and price of the assets, as well as buyer interest. We do not promise a fixed deadline or sale price without reviewing the specific case.

Can you offer an entire warehouse lot? Who handles transport?

We can offer whole stock lots or smaller batches as agreed. Viewings, loading, transport and site clearance dates need to be arranged for each sale. Tell us what facilities are available on site and whether dismantling is needed.
